• Initial contact made by customer.

• Brief details regarding the work and your contact details will be taken.
• A visit will be arranged at your convenience.
• During this visit, details of the proposed work will be taken; professional advice and recommendation will be given to you regarding suitable materials.
• A full comprehensive written estimate will be submitted. This will include a detailed specification of work to be carried out including materials, paint and labour costs.
• On your approval of the estimate, an approximate start date will be discussed and arranged.
• Prior to commencement, I will contact you to confirm start date and further discuss colours and choice of wall coverings.
• ​Once the work is completed to your satisfaction an invoice will be submitted.
